Vikas Jain

Vikas Jain has a strong background in DevOps, with experience in various roles and companies. vikas is currently working as a DevOps Lead at Randstad RiseSmart since 2024. Prior to that, they served as a DevOps Technical Lead at Apexon from 2022 to 2024. Before that, they worked at IBM as a DevOps Engineer from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for managing the lifecycle of CI/CD pipelines and the deployment of serverless and container workloads. From 2018 to 2021, Vikas worked at Synechron as a Sr. Associate-DevOps, where they deployed AWS infrastructure, managed CI/CD processes, and provided support for troubleshooting infra and app issues. Earlier in their career, they were a System Engineer at Atos from 2015 to 2017, where they managed AWS and Datacenter servers and collaborated with developers for troubleshooting. vikas also gained experience as a techops professional at HP from 2013 to 2015, assisting customers with application and system issues and creating documentation. Overall, Vikas has a diverse range of experiences in the DevOps field, demonstrating their expertise in cloud infrastructure management, CI/CD processes, container workloads, and troubleshooting.

Vikas Jain completed their Bachelor's degree in computer science from RIET Jaipur from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they studied science with a focus on Physics and Mathematics at government higher secondary school Bankora from 2006 to 2008. vikas completed their secondary education at Govr S S School Bankora from 2001 to 2008, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM). Additionally, Vikas Jain obtained several certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2023, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) from The Linux Foundation in August 2021, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2021.
