The leadership team at Randstad RiseSmart has a history of experience in business and counseling. They have worked with companies such as HSM Advisory, Lee Hecht Harrison, and The Inclusion Circle. They have also been involved in the Sydney 2000 Olympic Career Transition Program. In addition to their business experience, they also have degrees from London Business School and California State University, Northridge.
