Karunya Reddy

Karunya Reddy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Karunya began their career at Infosys in 2009, where they worked as a Systems Engineer, focusing on .Net and SharePoint. After their time at Infosys, they interned at Stemcor in 2012 and Carped.org in 2013. In 2013, they joined Accenture as a Senior Business Analyst, working on the development and maintenance of a Quotation and Order management system for Microsoft Inc. Following their time at Accenture, Karunya worked at Credit Suisse as a Financial Controller for IT Planning and Forecasting from 2017 to 2018. Karunya then moved to Randstad, where they initially worked as a Business Analyst from 2018 to 2020, before being promoted to the role of Director of Data and Analytics in 2021. Karunya's experience demonstrates a strong background in data analysis, business strategy, and financial forecasting.

From 2011 to 2013, Karunya Reddy attended SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance.

From 2005 to 2009, they studied at Sreenidhi Institute of Science And Technology, earning a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Information Technology.

Earlier, from 1993 to 2003, Karunya Reddy attended St Anns High School, completing their secondary education with a Secondary School Certificate (SSC).

Additionally, they have obtained several certifications. In February 2023, they completed the "Leading transformation in the digital age" certification from the London Business School.
