Archana Borusu is an experienced recruitment professional with a career spanning over a decade in the human resources and talent acquisition sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in the CRD (CISCO) Professional Staffing division at Randstad India since July 2013, Archana has previously held roles in human resources at Winhire Technologies and as a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco People One India, specializing in domestic IT recruitments and account management. Archana began the career as an IT Recruiter at IT Development Company. Archana holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Andhra University, completed in 2009.
