Marc-Etienne Julien is the Chief Talent Officer, focused on making Randstad a partner of choice for global talent enhancing relevance, attractiveness, and leveraging digitalization at scale. Marc-Etienne joined Randstad in 2001 and was most recently CEO Canada and MD Global Talent and Perm, focusing on the talent experience and enhancing Randstad's ability to attract the right talent to meet ambitious business objectives globally. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bishop's University and is also the founder of the Ride for Myriam, a charitable bike ride created to honour one Randstad employee’s fight against cancer.
