Lucy Grove has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, and is currently the VP, HR Officer at RangeBank. Lucy has a keen understanding of what it takes to build an effective HR function in a growing company, and has been instrumental in developing key initiatives such as succession planning, supervisor development, and process standardization. During their time there, they implemented an employee incentive and recognition program, updated the Employee Handbook, restructured the review process, created a Supervisor Training Program, replaced the vacation/sick/personal time with a PTO program, standardized job descriptions and recruitment procedures, developed HR SOP’s, and reduced payroll processing time by 40%. Before that, they served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at BrightStar Franchising and the Director of Human Resources at Abbott. Most recently, Lucy spent a year working in estate planning and elder law at Wideman Filizetti, P.C. Lucy Grove is a highly accomplished HR professional with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategies that drive organizational growth and effectiveness.

Lucy Grove has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Human Resources from Roosevelt University. Lucy is also certified as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
