Christopher W. Keene has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Christopher W. founded Rangeland Energy in 2009 and served as the President & CEO. Under their leadership, the company successfully developed and operated crude oil pipelines and terminals in North Dakota and is currently involved in constructing assets in New Mexico/West Texas. Prior to this, Christopher worked at Sunoco Logistics as the Vice President of Business Development from 2005 to 2009. Before that, they were a Director of Midstream Development at Unocal where they played a key role in developing energy infrastructure projects in North America, including pipelines, terminals, and storage. Additionally, Christopher gained international business development experience in India and Thailand. Christopher W. started their career at Tenneco Gas as the Manager of International Business Development.

Christopher W. Keene began their education journey in 1983 when they enrolled at the Missouri University of Science and Technology. Christopher W. studied there until 1988 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. After a few years, Keene went on to pursue higher education and enrolled at the University of Houston in 1992. Christopher W. completed their studies in 1995 and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business.
