Dave Kopecky has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Dave started their career at Marriott International in 1996, where they gained experience in operations management and led diverse teams. Dave then worked at the Boston Marriott Cambridge as a Front Office Manager, responsible for front office operations and implementing guest satisfaction initiatives. After that, they joined Archstone Communities as a General Manager, overseeing the financial performance of multi-family properties and enhancing resident satisfaction. Dave later joined PwC as a Manager, where they supported partners and directors, managed administrative services, and facilitated the onboarding of new team members. Dave then served as a Senior Manager, responsible for space and real estate needs in multiple practice offices. Dave also worked at JLL as a Regional Facilities Manager, overseeing facility operations. Most recently, they held roles at Cushman & Wakefield as a Regional Engineering Manager, and at Innergreen as the President. Currently, Dave is the Director of Accounts at Ranger Industrial Services.
Dave Kopecky holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Miami University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Dave also has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hotel/Resort Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, which they earned between 1992 and 1996. In addition to their degree qualifications, Dave has obtained various certifications in the field of Human Resources and Business Continuity Management. These include the SHRM-SCP (SHRM Senior Certified Professional) from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) in 2015, the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2013, the Associate Certified Outsourcing Professional from IAOP in 2013, and the Certified Continuity Manager (CCM) from the National Institute for Business Continuity Management in 2013.
