Frank Furman

Frank Furman is a strategic leader with extensive experience in both corporate and military environments. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Strategy at TE Connectivity since November 2022, Furman previously co-founded PadSplit, where efforts focused on disrupting the affordable housing market from July 2018 to November 2022. A former Category Director at Georgia-Pacific LLC and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, Furman's earlier career includes managing research and development investments at the Office of Naval Research and holding various leadership roles in the United States Marine Corps. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Applied Physics from The Johns Hopkins University.
