Tiffanie Dowd

Tiffanie Dowd, MBA, currently serves as the SVP of Talent Management and oversees the Director of Experience at RangeWater Real Estate, where responsibilities include implementing best practices to enhance the resident and employee experience. Dowd has extensive experience in property management, having previously held roles as Regional Manager at Perennial Properties and General Manager at Matrix Residential, where management of the largest mixed-use property in the Southeast was a key achievement. Earlier career roles include Property Manager at RAM Partners, LLC, where Dowd specialized in high-rise and mixed-use lease-ups, and various positions at The Senior Bowl, Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, and Walt Disney World, focusing on events and guest relations. Dowd holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Alabama.
