Reshad Nobin

Reshad Nobin is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the automotive sector and related industries. Since October 2017, Reshad has served as Divisional Head of Human Resources at RANCON, overseeing key brands such as Mitsubishi Motors, Suzuki Motor Bikes, and FUSO Commercial Vehicles. Prior roles include Divisional Head of HR for Rangs Limited and acting Human Resources Business Partner at Rangs Limited and Rancon Motors Limited, focusing on organizational effectiveness and cultural transformation. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Lakeshore Hotel and the British High Commission in Bangladesh. Reshad holds an MBA and a BBA from American International University-Bangladesh and a degree in HR management from IBA, Dhaka University.
