Leonard Fung

Leonard Fung has a diverse work experience spanning various scientific research roles. Leonard began their career as a Councilor Assistant at HKSAR Councilor office (Kwung Tong) in 2011. Leonard then worked as a Laboratory Assistant at the University of Minnesota from 2013 to 2015. Leonard then became a Graduate Research Assistant at the same university from 2015 to 2017. Following this, they joined InCube Labs in 2018 as a Preclinical Research Associate. Leonard's most recent position is with Rani Therapeutics, where they started as a Scientist II / Preclinical Research Associate in 2020. Leonard was subsequently promoted to Scientist III / Preclinical Research Scientist and currently holds the position of Scientist IV / Preclinical Research Scientist.

Leonard Fung completed their education in the field of animal sciences and veterinary studies. Leonard obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Pre-Veterinary Studies from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Leonard then pursued further studies and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Animal Sciences from the same university, studying from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, Leonard Fung also acquired certifications such as the Supervisory Academy from Cabrillo College in June 2023 and the Basic Training: Good Laboratory Practice from the Society of Quality Assurance in January 2021.
