Strategic Programme Lead at Rank Group

Annie McKay has a diverse work experience starting in 2017 as a Collections Assistant at the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropololgy. In 2018, they became the Collections Manager at the same museum for a brief period. In 2018, Annie joined The Rank Group plc, where they held various roles, including Accounts Payable Clerk, IT Finance Analyst, IT Operations Analyst, Finance Business Partner, and Transformation Analyst. Annie then progressed to become a Transformation Lead and currently holds the position of Strategic Programme Lead at The Rank Group plc.

Annie McKay pursued their education at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Classical and Ancient Studies. Annie furthered their studies at the same university from 2015 to 2017, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in History and Archaeology of the Greek and Roman World. In addition to their academic degrees, Annie has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include the MSP® Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which they obtained in December 2022. Annie also holds the Managing Benefits (2012) Practitioner and Managing Benefits™ Foundation certifications from APMG International, obtained in August and July 2021, respectively. Furthermore, Annie has a Level 3 Advanced Certificate from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, obtained in May 2021. Annie'smost recent certification is in Lean-Agile PMO, which they acquired from PMO Learning in September 2020.
