Ben Ludford

Ben Ludford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data delivery and analytics. Currently serving as Head of Data Delivery at The Rank Group plc since June 2025, Ben has previously held senior roles at Unum as Senior Manager and at Vendigital as Head of Product & IT and Transformation Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Efficio, where Ben worked as Analytics Manager and Senior Analytics Consultant, and BAE Systems, where Ben contributed as Non Executive Director and Senior Consultant within the CORDA consultancy. With a background in operational research and statistics, Ben began a career in analytics at NatCen Social Research and the Welsh Government, where key projects involved optimizing interview allocations and developing performance monitoring for social care programs. Ben holds an MSc in Operational Research and Management Science from Lancaster University and a BSc in Mathematics from Cardiff University.
