Agustín Vosou

Agustín Vosou has extensive work experience as a software engineer and developer. Agustín currently holds the position of Sr. Software Engineer at Ranker since November 2021, and previously worked at ITX Corp. as a Sr. Software Engineer from January 2021 to November 2021.

Prior to that, Agustín worked at Despegar as a Sr. Software Developer from August 2014 to September 2021. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing backend applications, integrating them with various applications, and ensuring high performance and fast response times. Agustín utilized technologies such as Java, Spring, Spring MVC, Cassandra, EhCache, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Git, NewRelic, Maven, AspectJ, IntelliJ, Jira, and Jenkins.

Before joining Despegar, Agustín worked as a Java Developer at Fluxit from November 2011 to August 2014, and at GlobalLogic from February 2011 to November 2011.

Earlier in their career, Agustín served as a Researcher and Developer at PrEBi (UNLP) from May 2009 to January 2011, and had freelance projects as a Developer from January 2007 to January 2011. As a freelancer, Agustín developed web and desktop software applications using PHP, J2EE, Symfony, Delphi, MySQL, and other technologies.

Agustín Vosou completed their education at the Universidad Nacional de La Plata. Agustín obtained a degree in Licenciatura en Sistemas with a focus on Informática and Sistemas in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a degree as an Analista Programador Universitario in Informática and Sistemas from the same university in 2011.
