Cara Bomar Towles has a diverse work experience in the field of video editing and production. Cara started their career at the Arizona Cardinals Football Club as an Intern in the Broadcasting Department, where they assisted in the production of broadcast and video content for Cardinals games and television programs. Cara then moved on to work as a Post Production Intern at Siren Digital, a Hollywood-based visual FX and post production company, where they gained experience in QC, vault management, deliveries, and office work.
In 2013, Cara worked as an Assistant Editor Intern at P&L MEDIA, LLC, a Hollywood-based news and reality-focused television production company. During their time there, they assisted in creating reality sizzle reels and promotional packages. Cara also gained experience as a Camera and Chyron Operator at Azusa Pacific University, where they filmed and produced the video portion of daily chapel services and other on-campus events.
Cara joined FBE in 2014 and worked as a Senior Editor for seven years. Cara was responsible for editing and post-production tasks for various projects. Additionally, they had a brief stint as an Assistant Editor at Bonch in 2014.
Cara then transitioned to freelancing and worked as a Video Editor for Ranker and TubeScience. At Ranker, they provided freelance video editing services, while at TubeScience, they held the role of Lead Editor.
In 2022, they started working as a Freelance Video Editor at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Overall, Cara has demonstrated their skills and expertise in editing, post-production, and video content creation throughout their work experience.
