Francisco Viganego

Francisco Viganego is the current Country Manager for Chile at Rankmi. Prior to this, they were with Falabella Retail where they served as the Gerente Servicio al Cliente en unidades Call Center y Apoyo a Transporte. With Falabella, Francisco was responsible for the implementation of Artificial Intelligence with Agile methodology in areas of the Call Center and Mesa de Ayuda del Transporte. This led to important annual savings and improved customer experience. Francisco was also in charge of developing projects related to improving customer service and automating processes (Portal de Autogestión, automatización IVR, Cambio y Devoluciones). Francisco achieved a high level of compliance with their goals, consistently reducing the annual budget while maintaining excellent results.

Before Falabella, Francisco was with Mas Espacio where they served as Co-Founder for the Servicio de almacenamiento ondemand (Valet Storage) company. MAS ESPACIO is a unique service in Chile that allows you to store, donate, and recycle items. They have an Online inventory and you only pay for the space you use. Francisco was responsible for the creation, development, growth, and successful sale of the business. This was an excellent learning experience for him professionally.

In 2003, Francisco Viganego earned their engineering degree from the Facultad de Ingeniería y Ciencias at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Francisco then went on to earn their master's in business administration from the same school in 2005. Finally, they earned their master's in finance from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in 2007.
