Matias Bobadilla Quiroz

Matias Bobadilla Quiroz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matias started their career at NetRed as a Programmer, focusing on developing web applications using PHP and Java. Matias later worked as an Analyst of Programming, where they led a team of developers and clients to maximize production and goal achievement.

Bobadilla Quiroz then worked at NetRed as a Jefe de Fábrica, leading the maintenance and software development area. Matias was responsible for supporting client requirements and system improvements, as well as managing a team of engineers, analysts, and developers.

Moving on, they joined Komatsu Cummins Chile as Jefe de Negocios IT, where they were responsible for implementing portfolio projects in the HR department. Matias also advised on IT requirements and conceptual development, with a focus on technical and economic evaluation and implementation.

Bobadilla Quiroz continued their career at Komatsu Holding South America as Subgerente Negocios IT (HRIS), overseeing the implementation of HR projects in subsidiaries across Chile, Mexico, and Colombia. Matias provided guidance on IT needs, conceptual development, process improvement, and project evaluation for all HR areas.

At RedSalud CCHC, Bobadilla Quiroz held the position of Subgerente de Desarrollo y Sistemas SAP, where they worked in a role focused on development and SAP systems.

Currently, they are serving as the Head of Product Operations at Rankmi, where they are responsible for the overall vision and strategy of Rankmi's human capital management software. Additionally, they support the implementation and execution of cross-functional technological projects and integrations, as well as assisting the technology and customer service teams in meeting their roadmaps.

Matias Bobadilla Quiroz holds a Diploma in People and Organizational Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, which was obtained in 2021. Matias also holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering in Computer Science and Information Technology from Universidad Arturo Prat, which was obtained in 2007. Additionally, Matias has obtained certifications in SAP Product Knowledge from SAP, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Expert (SFX) in November 2020 and SAP SuccessFactors Platform Expert (SFX) in July 2020.
