Thawany Dourado has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Jovem Aprendiz in Marles Industria Textil e Comercio Ltda., an Estágio RH in Ativvus Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, an Analista de Recursos Humanos in Grupo RPN, a Tech Recruiter in Pollux Consultancy Services LLC, and a Talent Acquisition | Tech Recruiter & People Partner in RankMyAPP. In 2022, they began working as a Docente em meio período at Senac São Paulo. Throughout their roles, they have been responsible for recruitment and selection processes, job descriptions, interviews, hunting, onboarding and offboarding, employer branding, feedbacks, research, and more.
