Andrey Bobylev

Andrey received a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Department of Informatics & Computer Engineering at National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" in 2008. Spent considerable time studying programming, web technologies, databases, networks and hardware, Windows system administration. Took third place in the nomination "webmaster" at UA Web Challenge 2011. Main goals: create unique web solutions using latest technologies, delivering extraordinary decisions, gathering best practices in programming, participating at all levels of project's lifecycle, combining business with pleasure.
