Bala (Alan) began their career in 2005 at CODISSIA - COIMBATORE DISTRICT SMALL INDUSTRIES ASSOCIATION as a Business Development Executive. In 2006, they moved to Surlin Solutions as a Business Development Executive. In 2008, they joined Allied Solutions Group Inc as a Business Development / US IT Recruitment, where they utilized their industry knowledge, service-offering expertise and technology capabilities to identify new business and technology trends and develop solutions to help clients. In 2009, they moved to Integra Global Solutions Corp as a Sales Coordinator and Team Lead - Business Development. In 2015, they joined Pattronize InfoTech as a Senior Sales Specialist, followed by a move to Infognana (IG) Solutions in 2018 as an Assistant Manager Business Development. In 2018, they also began working at Rannsolve Inc. as a Lead - Sales & Business Development, where they are WMBE, DBE, SBE & HUB Certified and a Woman Owned Business.

Bala (Alan) has a diverse educational background. Bala completed their MCA in Computer Application from Bharathiar University between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Com in Commerce from Govt. College of Arts & Science between 1998 and 2001. Bala also attended Perks Matriculation Higher Secondary school.
