Mala Lahiri

Mala Lahiri has extensive experience in learning and development, having held positions as Training Manager at Tech Mahindra and currently as Head of Learning and Development at Ranosys Technologies. Mala is skilled in managing training programs, optimizing virtual learning sessions, using digital media for knowledge retention, and developing employee engagement activities. Mala also has a background in process development at GENPACT LLC. Mala holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature, Psychology, and Economics from Rajasthan University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Rajasthan.
