Mala Lahiri

Mala Lahiri is the Head of Learning & Development at RANOSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. Mala has over four years of experience in managing end-to-end execution of training, OJT, TNI, refreshers and performance enhancing programs for Inbound and Outbound campaigns.

Prior to joining RANOSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD., Mala worked as a Training Manager at Tech Mahindra from October 2016 to September 2020. During their tenure, they were responsible for designing and developing training programs for process improvement aligned to client business targets, gear-up strategy for Learning and Development program structuring as per client specifications, attrition ebbing and client hiring policy implementation, performance review of training programs as per client defined KPIs, etc. Mala also played a vital role in walking through a seamless transition for the new and upcoming sites.

Mala is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record of success in managing end-to-end execution of training programs, OJT, TNI, refreshers and performance enhancing programs for Inbound and Outbound campaigns. Mala has a deep understanding of the latest trends and developments in the field of Learning and Development and is well-equipped to handle all aspects of Learning and Development at RANOSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD.

Mala Lahiri has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Psychology & Economics from Rajasthan University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rajasthan. Mala also has a certification in Facilitation Skills from Genpact.

Mala Lahiri reports to Rameshwar Vyas, CEO. They are on a team with Devendra Kumar Sharma - Director, Business Transformation, Maurizio Stella - VP, Enterprise Sales, and Imogen Allan - Customer Success Manager.
