Ms. Christine Pietschmann is responsible for strategic Human Resources at RANOVUS.
Prior to joining RANOVUS, Christine led strategic HR functions at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation as the Executive Director of Talent Management. There she designed and led initiatives to support a thriving culture.
Christine began her career in technology in a field now known as Design Thinking. Her track record includes leading a technology start-up through growth and acquisition. She subsequently served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Invest Ottawa, where she mentored CEOs of young companies. In 2013 she wrote a book on People Strategy that became an Amazon Best Seller.
Her entrepreneurial drive is fortified by enterprise experience steering significant change efforts. She has worked with senior leaders to expand organizational capacity at Rogers, Bell, Aeroplan, Canadian Tire, Guy Carpenter, Marsh, the Royal Canadian Mint, and The Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons, among others.
Christine holds a BA in Psychology focused on Human-Computer Interaction from Carleton University in Ottawa, and an MA in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University in Colorado.
