Richard Musgrave

Richard Musgrave is currently the Director of Solution Architecture at Ranpak, having previously held the same position at Berkshire Grey. In this role, Richard serves as the key liaison between customers and the technical team, directing engineers to construct solution designs based on product requirements. Richard is experienced in authoring and negotiating scope of work agreements with customers and collaborating internally to verify resources and schedules. Prior to their current roles, Richard held various engineering positions at companies such as Carnegie Robotics LLC, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and Lockheed Martin, gaining expertise in mechanical engineering. Richard has a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
