Kimmo Martikainen

Kimmo Martikainen currently serves as Senior Vice President of M&A and Law and Chief Integration and Change Officer at Rantalainen Oy, where responsibilities include overseeing company growth and the integration of merging entities. Previously, Kimmo held various leadership roles, including COO for Rantalainen Eastern Finland and Managing Director at both Lahden Tilikeskus Oy and YritysVoimala Oy. Kimmo has also contributed to academia as a guest lecturer at the University of Tartu, specializing in Business Travel Management and Introduction to Aviation. Legal expertise was honed through positions as Accountable Manager at Patria Pilot Training Oy and legal counsel at several organizations, including Ernst & Young and UPM-Kymmene Oyj. Kimmo's educational background includes an LL.M in Law from the University of Lappland and selected lectures at the University of Utrecht.
