Steve Anfang

Steve Anfang has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Steve currently serves as the Head of Operations at Rapala VMC Corporation. Prior to this role, they worked as the Warehouse and Distribution Manager at Rapala. Steve has also held several leadership positions at Starkey Hearing Technologies, including Senior Transformation Leader, Vice President Global Supply Chain, and Director - Global Supply Chain. Steve has experience in establishing and improving supply chain management functions, as well as managing global operations. Steve has also worked at Accellent, GN ReSound, DecisionOne, Imation, and Andersen Consulting in various management roles.

Steve Anfang completed their education at the University of Minnesota from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in the field of Science. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Counter Balance Sitdown Rider Forklift Operator Safety Training from Rapala USA in October 2021.
