Charlie Davis

Charlie Davis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Charlie currently serves as the Director of Product Development at Rapala VMC, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Plano Synergy from 2016 to 2022, including Director of Brand - Plano and Frabill Fishing. Charlie also worked as a National Account Manager at Plano Synergy from 2016 to 2017. Before joining Plano Synergy, Charlie served as EVP Sales at Ferguson-Keller Associates, INC from 2015 to 2016. Charlie also held leadership positions at Gander Mountain, where they served as Vice President - Merchandising from 2014 to 2015 and Sr. Director of Merchandising - Hardlines from 2007 to 2014. Charlie's earlier career included roles as Sr. Buyer at Golf Galaxy from 2000 to 2007, Account Supervisor at Griffin International Companies from 1998 to 1999, and Buyer at Best Buy from 1990 to 1997.

Charlie Davis earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota, where they attended from 1988 to 1993.
