Tom Matic

Tom Matic is an experienced senior footwear designer with a strong background in both performance and lifestyle footwear. Currently serving as the Senior Footwear Designer and Hardgoods Lead at Rapha since October 2021, Tom is responsible for brief creation, insights, innovation, materials, and product design. Previous roles include Performance Footwear Manager at The Footsoldiers Design Consultancy and Senior Footwear Designer at The Footsoldiers. Tom has collaborated with notable clients such as Hoka One One, Under Armour, and New Balance, showcasing expertise in footwear design across various segments. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees in Automotive Product Design from Coventry University.
