Carolina Sánchez Fernández

Carolina Sánchez Fernández has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2011, they joined Sophos Banking Solutions Ltda as a PMO Senior Analyst, where they managed administrative tasks and led project management for strategic projects with clients such as Bancolombia and Infosys. Carolina stayed with the company until 2016.

In 2016, Carolina joined POSTOBON S.A. as an Engineer, focusing on project management and the development of a new product portfolio. Carolina provided project and business analysis, as well as implemented a project management methodology within the organization. Carolina worked with POSTOBON S.A. until 2017.

Carolina then became the Director of Efficiency at Club Campestre el Rodeo SA from 2017 to 2018, where they focused on optimizing operations and implementing efficiency measures.

From 2018 to 2021, Carolina worked at BIG BANG DATA as the Director of Operations. During their tenure, they were responsible for overseeing all operational activities within the company.

Currently, since 2021, Carolina works at RapiCredit as the Manager of Projects and Innovation. Carolina is involved in the management and execution of projects, as well as assuming the role of Interim Chief Technology Officer from September 2022 to February 2023.

Carolina Sánchez Fernández holds a Master's degree in Innovation Management and Knowledge from Universidad EAFIT. Carolina completed this degree program at an unspecified time. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de San Buenaventura, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they recently obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum.org in June 2022. Currently, Carolina is pursuing another Master's degree in Innovation Management and Knowledge at Universidad EAFIT.
