Wan Agus

Wan Agus has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of engineering and technology. Wan started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Information Resources, Inc. in 1995. Wan then worked as a Technical Lead at Viant, Inc. from 2000 to 2002, where they launched various websites for Fortune 100 companies. Wan Agus then joined Blue Cross Blue Shield Association as a Technical Lead from 2002 to 2005. Wan further expanded their expertise by working as a Director/Technical Architect at Optaros, where they built eCommerce systems for major companies like Macy's, NY Times, and Walmart. In 2010, Wan Agus joined Macys.com as a Director of Engineering and later became the VP of Engineering, leading teams responsible for the growth of Macy's digital channel. Wan played a critical role in the company's tremendous growth during their tenure. Wan Agus then moved on to Art.com as SVP of Engineering/CTO in 2017, where they oversaw all aspects of technology and global eCommerce operations. Wan subsequently joined Walmart eCommerce in 2018 as a VP of Engineering, responsible for leading the engineering teams for Walmart Home subsidiaries. Currently, Wan Agus is serving as the VP of Engineering at Credit Karma since 2020.

Wan Agus obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This educational experience took place from 1989 to 1993.
