Joe Zhou

Joseph Q. Zhou is a Technical Lead and Product Owner at Miovision, currently working on a project to connect pedestrians with disabilities to adaptive signal control for safe intersections. With a strong background in project management and research, Joseph also held senior positions at Carnegie Mellon University Robotics Institute, Rapid Flow Technologies, Smoothstone Technologies Inc., and Clevor Technologies Inc. Their expertise includes system development, schedule optimization, and project control. Joseph holds a Ph.D. in Planning and Control from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southeast University.
