Justine Ramos (She/Her)

Justine has built and led talent and recruiting operations for technology companies in different stages of growth. She is passionate about creating scalable recruiting practices for early-stage start-ups and designing programs that provide positive employee and candidate experiences. She is interested in emerging technology and has recently worked in the Robotics industry and helped grow teams developing solutions for warehouse fulfillment and agriculture industries.

Justine attended San Diego State University from 2004 to 2008. Justine then earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Child & Adolescent Development from San Francisco State University from 2008 to 2010. Justine has also obtained four certifications from LinkedIn, including Building Resilience as a Leader (July 2020), Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers (June 2020), Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences (June 2020), and Unconscious Bias (June 2020).
