Alexa Barden has extensive experience in growth enablement and training across various sectors. Currently serving at Rapid7 in a Growth Enablement role since November 2021, Alexa previously contributed to Amwell as a Training and Development Specialist, Customer Support Supervisor, and Level 2 Customer Support Specialist from October 2018 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a Clinical Client Support Specialist at MEDITECH, a Registered Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist at RCS Learning Center, and an Early Intervention Intern at ServiceNet Inc. Additionally, Alexa held the position of Assistant Preschool Teacher at the Center for Early Education and Care. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a secondary major in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, graduating in 2016, along with education from Framingham High School.
