Fiona Brady

Fiona Brady has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Fiona currently works as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Rapid7, where they are responsible for finding top talent for the company's Product & Engineering teams outside of North America. Prior to this role, Fiona was a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Rapid7.

Before joining Rapid7, Fiona worked at Alexander Mann Solutions as a Principal Recruiter. Fiona provided recruitment services for the Royal Mail Group and Lloyds Banking Group during their tenure there.

Fiona also has experience in the gaming industry, having worked at Electronic Arts (EA) as a Lead Recruiter. Fiona was responsible for recruiting talent for the company's various roles. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Microsoft on a contract basis.

Prior to these roles, Fiona worked as a Technical Recruiter on a contract basis at Amazon Web Services and as a Senior Recruiter and Recruitment Marketing Specialist at Concentrix.

Through their various roles, Fiona has developed a strong skill set in talent acquisition and recruitment, enabling their to effectively find and attract top talent for organizations.

Fiona Brady obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Politics with Criminology from Ulster University from 2009 to 2012.
