Kelly Hiscoe serves as the Senior Director of Global Partner Programs & Experience at Rapid7 since March 2021, focusing on the development and integration of go-to-market programs across the global channel ecosystem, collaborating closely with various teams to optimize customer outcomes and revenue. Prior experience includes roles at VMware as Senior Manager of Global Partner Operations for VMware Carbon Black and Global Channel Operations Manager at VMware Carbon Black, where responsibilities included managing global partner operations and integrating channel programs. Prior to VMware, Kelly held positions at RSA Security and Dell EMC, emphasizing channel operations and process improvements, and began a career with General Motors as a Business Intelligence Information Analyst. Kelly holds a degree from the Cranfield School of Management through the EMC High Contributors Program and has completed qualifications from The Holt in England.
