Kristin Greenman

Kristin Greenman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Kristin is currently working at Rapid7 as a Lead Software Engineer since January 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Rapid7 from January 2020 to January 2023. Before joining Rapid7, they worked at HP as a Software Engineer from June 2015 to June 2017. At HP, they were responsible for full-stack development for a Linux based cloud e-commerce platform using Java, Spring, Hibernate, Cloud AMQP, and AWS. Kristin also worked on front-end development using Angular, Grunt, and other web development tools. Additionally, they maintained a continuous integration pipeline for a micro-service architecture using Jenkins, Gerrit, Git, Docker, and AWS.

Kristin also gained experience as a Usability Design Intern at SEL from February 2014 to May 2015. Before that, they were an Undergraduate student at Washington State University from January 2013 to May 2015. During this time, they also worked as a Systems Developer at WSU AAT from May 2013 to February 2014. Lastly, they completed their Graduate studies at Washington State University from August 2007 to May 2012. Kristin also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant during this time from August 2007 to May 2012.

Kristin Greenman completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Washington in 2006. Kristin then proceeded to pursue higher studies at Washington State University, where they obtained their Ph.D. in Psychology from 2007 to 2012. Furthering their education, Kristin completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Washington State University between 2013 and 2015. Additionally, they obtained the certification of AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2019.
