Neville O'Neill

Neville O'Neill has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Neville started their career at Ocuco as a Professional Services employee in 2004. Neville then joined Tyco Fire & Security in 2005 as a Software Engineer and later became a Software Technical Lead. During their time at Tyco, they were responsible for life cycle development and support of Digital Video Recording units. Neville also had direct reports and was responsible for department budget management. Neville successfully delivered multiple product releases on time and was certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt. In 2011, they joined Latens Systems as a Client Integration Team Lead and later moved to Allstate Northern Ireland as a Software Manager in 2012. In 2014, they joined NANTHEALTH as an Engineering Manager and led the engineering team until 2017. Currently, they are working at Rapid7, starting as a Senior Engineering Manager in 2017 and progressing to the role of Director of Engineering in 2020. Neville O'Neill is currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering - Assessment & Response at Rapid7.

Neville O'Neill attended Technological University Dublin from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer Engineering.
