Orie Mahanta

Orie Mahanta has a diverse work experience in various industries. Orie started their career as a Summer Intern at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Client Service Coordinator at Aveanna Healthcare. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, specializing in IT staffing and services. In 2014, Orie had multiple roles. Firstly, as a Traveler for an unmentioned company from March to June. Then, they worked as a Practicum Student at UT Health San Antonio, where they received training in EpicCare and assisted with Go-Live support for various healthcare institutions. Also in 2014, they worked at eClinicalWorks, initially as a Software Trainer, where they traveled nationally to provide training on eCW software to doctors and clinical staff. Later, they became a Strategic Account Manager, managing a portfolio of major healthcare organizations. Since 2019, Orie has been working at Rapid7, starting as a Customer Success Manager for Mid-Market customers and now serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager for Enterprise customers, focusing on maintaining customer relationships, driving adoption, and generating sales opportunities. Orie has achieved outstanding results, including recognition as a President's Club Winner and consistently exceeding quotas.

Orie Mahanta graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences, completing their studies from 2007 to 2012. In 2014, they obtained a Health Informatics and Health Information Technology Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin, focusing on Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician. In addition to their academic qualifications, Orie Mahanta has obtained several certifications. They obtained the EMR/PM Certification from eClinicalWorks in October 2014. They also received the InsightVM Certified Administrator certification from Rapid7 in July 2019 and the InsightAppSec Certified Specialist certification from Rapid7 in November 2020.
