Principal Program Manager Customer Experience at Rapid7

Rhonda Glenn has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Rhonda is currently working as a Senior Program Manager for Customer Experience at Rapid7, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Rhonda served as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Rapid7 from April 2020 to July 2022.

Before joining Rapid7, Rhonda worked as a Product Management Consultant at DIVERSANT, LLC from October 2019 to March 2020.

From May 2017 to March 2019, Rhonda was employed at Verizon Enterprise Solutions as a Manager of Product Management. In this role, they led the commercial product management efforts for a global Managed Security Services (MSS) portfolio. Their responsibilities included business case development, service definition, competitive analysis, customer experience (CX) journey mapping, service positioning, pricing strategy, and IT requirements definition/user story creation. Rhonda also led cross-functional stakeholder teams to define, deliver, and manage MSS services. Rhonda later held the position of Manager of Process Engineering at Verizon from January 2014 to May 2017, where they partnered with executive champions and cross-functional business stakeholders to achieve strategic and financial objectives.

Rhonda's career began at General Electric (GE Information Services) as a Product Manager, specializing in Business Communications Services, where they worked from 1990 to 1996. Rhonda then joined UUNET as a Product Manager, handling High Speed and Dial Access Services from 1996 to 1998. Rhonda also served as the Manager of Dedicated Access Services Product Management at UUNET from 1998 to 2000.

In the early 2000s, Rhonda worked at Broadband Office/Zephion Networks as the Director of Product Management, responsible for defining the product roadmap and marketing strategy for a suite of Internet connectivity and security solutions.

Rhonda's career demonstrates their expertise in product management, marketing, customer experience, and process engineering across various industries and organizations.

Rhonda Glenn holds a BBA from Howard University, where they specialized in Computer-Based Information Systems. In 2015, they obtained their Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Verizon. Additionally, in October 2018, Rhonda acquired their ITIL Foundation Certification from PeopleCert.
