Nadyne Richmond

Nadyne Richmond is a prominent leader in the technology design field, currently serving as Head of Design & Research at RapidAI since June 2024. Nadyne has provided consulting and speaking engagements as a Design Executive, advising startup founders and established executives on organizational design and healthcare business cases since 2022. Previously, Nadyne was Vice President and Head of Experience Design at Babylon, where a significant transformation of the design function took place, enhancing product partnerships and achieving cost savings. At Included Health, Nadyne led research initiatives that clarified market opportunities in virtual primary care, contributing to commercial success. Nadyne's earlier roles included Senior Manager at Genentech and UX Researcher positions at VMware, Microsoft, and IBM. Nadyne holds an MS in Human Computer Interaction, a BS in Mathematics, and a BS in Computer Science from Southern Polytechnic State University.
