Kristen Westfall-Walchli

Kristen Westfall-Walchli is a seasoned Registered Nurse with extensive experience in emergency and critical care environments. Currently employed at RapidCare Emergency Room since April 2023, Kristen previously served at Swedish Issaquah from February 2016 to January 2024 as a Staff RN and Relief Charge RN in the Endoscopy & ECT Unit, also taking on the role of Charge Nurse responsible for emergency department operations, patient care coordination, and team-based process improvement. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Nursing Supervisor at Swedish from April 2005 to February 2016 and as a Charge and Staff RN in the Emergency Room at Southwest Washington Medical Center from 1995 to 2002. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from SUNY at Buffalo, earned between 1981 and 1985.
