Richard Morgan

Richard Morgan is an experienced international sales and business development professional specializing in the defence and civil markets. Currently serving as VP International Sales at Rapidev since December 2023, Richard focuses on listening to and interpreting customer requirements to enhance solution delivery. Richard has significant experience in business development roles, including VP Business Development at Wincott International, where expertise in naval protection systems and electronic warfare was demonstrated. Previous positions include International BD Manager at Blighter Surveillance Systems and International Business Development Manager at IrvinGQ, among others. Richard's career highlights also include being the CEO of DSG Technology AS and co-founding Stratadigm Consulting Ltd. An alumnus of the Polytechnic of Wales, Richard holds a BSc Hons in Mechanical Engineering.
