Will Robinson

Will Robinson has extensive experience in quality assurance and testing. Will is currently working at RapidSOS as a QA Manager, where they define and updates test policies, manages teams, and participates in requirements gathering. Prior to this role, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at RapidSOS, where they were involved in changing emergency services in the US. Before joining RapidSOS, Will worked at Bytemark, Inc. as a QA Manager and Director of Training. In this role, they led QA processes, authored test plans, and demonstrated proficiency in SDLC and QA best practices. Will also served as a QA Lead at Bytemark, where they provided continuous feedback and delivered value to customers. Overall, Will has a strong background in quality assurance and leadership in diverse software development environments.

Will Robinson attended Scrum Alliance in 2017, where they studied Scrum Master.
