Charles (Charlie) Cipolla has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 2001, they co-founded Technology Software LLC / Arrowhead Professional Staffing LLC, where they served as a Founding Partner until 2010. In 2011, they joined Avionic Instruments / Acme Aerospace as a Program Manager and Systems/Software Engineer, remaining there until 2016. During that time, in 2016, they briefly worked as a Sr. Systems Engineer at Rockwell Collins. In 2016, they started working at Danlaw Inc as a Program Manager, specializing in Services, until 2019. Currently, since 2018, they hold the position of Head of Engineering Services at Rapita Systems, having previously served as the Engineering Manager for Aerospace Services.
Charlie Cipolla completed their Bachelor of Science degree at Arizona State University. Charles (Charlie) is currently pursuing a Master of Applied Leadership and Management degree in Global Management and Business at Thunderbird School of Global Management, expected to be completed in 2024.
