Vibha Vaidya

Vibha Vaidya has been working in the IT industry since 2014. Vibha began their career at Konecranes as a Junior Executive in Global IT Support. Vibha then progressed to Associate Consultant in Digital Services, working on ITIL framework and IBM WebSphere Commerce software technology, use of ITSM tools. Vibha also coordinated integration support between various teams, vendors and clients, and monitored TAT and SLA for solving tickets. In 2019, Vibha moved to IBM as a WAS Administrator. In 2020, they joined Amazon as a Customer Service Associate. Currently, Vibha is employed as a Content Writer at RapL Inc.

Vibha Vaidya completed their Bachelor of Computer Applications from Chanakya Education Societys Indira College of Commerce & Science, Pune in the years 2011-2014.
