Terence Vieyra

Terence Vieyra has over 20 years of experience in HR and people management. Terence is currently working at RAPP as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture. Previously, they held the role of Senior Vice President of Global People & Culture at Kobalt Music, where they were responsible for a global team and oversaw various HR functions. Prior to that, they served as the HR Director at Arts Alliance Media, where they focused on improving company performance and increasing employee engagement. Terence started their career as an HR Generalist at Vrbo and worked as a Recruiter at various tech businesses.

Terence Vieyra has a strong educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Hertfordshire in 2004. Terence further pursued their education by obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) in International Human Resource Management from Kingston University in 2019. In 2016, they completed an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management at Acacia Learning. Currently, Terence is enrolled in a Personal and Professional Coaching program at Barefoot Coaching Ltd, set to be completed in 2023. In addition to their academic qualifications, Terence has also earned certifications such as Chartered Fellow FCIPD from CIPD and various practitioner certifications from Thomas International.
