Kai X. is a seasoned product management executive with extensive experience in leading innovative product strategies across various high-profile technology companies. Currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management - AI & Innovation at Personio, one of Europe’s notable pre-IPO software firms, Kai has previously held significant roles such as Chief Product Officer at Rappi and Vice President of Product Management at Houzz, Medallia, and SAP SuccessFactors. Kai's career began at HP, progressing from Software Engineer to Global Sales Director, and includes entrepreneurial experience as co-founder and CEO of inChorus. Educational credentials encompass an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, an Honors Cooperative Program in Computer Science from Stanford University, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
