Luciano Rey

Luciano Rey is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering leadership. Currently serving as CTO and VP of Engineering at Rappi since November 2019, Luciano has previously co-founded and held CTO positions at several companies including Pueblos Originales, La Gaceta Shop, Media Ecommerce, and Ecommerce.travel. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Luciano worked at Open English and TeraCode as a Software Architect, leading projects for various platforms such as Android and Blackberry. Luciano began his career as a Java Developer at Grupo Synthesis and Cubika after earning a Systems Engineer degree from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and a Computer Technician degree from E.T 35, Ingeniero Eduardo Latzina.
