Santiago Cadavid Herrera

Santiago Cadavid Herrera possesses extensive experience in growth and customer relationship management, particularly within the Latin American market. At Rappi, from December 2021 to January 2023, Santiago held the position of Head of Growth CRM for Spanish Speaking LATAM, México & Costa Rica, and Colombia, focusing on segmentation and strategy. Prior to Rappi, Santiago worked at Avianca from January 2014 to September 2019, serving as Network Planning Lead for Slots and Scheduling, and in Revenue Management & Network Planning, concentrating on business metrics. Early career experiences include marketing internships at El Grupo Grünenthal and Besta Brokers Skandia. Santiago holds a degree in Business Administration from CESA, having studied there from January 2009 to January 2014, and completed secondary education at Colegio Anglo Colombiano.
