Emily Abbam Acipd

Emily Abbam ACIPD is an accomplished professional specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) within the hospitality sector. Currently serving as the Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Rapport Guest Services since August 2019, Emily is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive DE&I strategies, engaging with leaders and stakeholders to drive impactful initiatives. Previous roles include Diversity and Inclusion Business Partner at Rapport and various positions at Firmdale Hotels PLC, including Group Operations Trainer and Reception Manager. Emily’s educational background includes a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Management from Bournemouth University. Notably, Emily founded the Rapport Choir and chairs the EmbRace You network, promoting equity for ethnic minorities within the organization.
